Job summary

Lush in Arcadia, CA is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on the shop floor, driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will lead a team of Sales Ambassadors and ensure store operations align with brand standards and store initiatives.

You will coach, motivate, and develop staff, maintain visual merchandising, and foster a positive, inclusive environment while upholding Lush values and high standards for customer care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
• Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
• Experience with skincare or cosmetics
• Fluency in Spanish, French or other languages
