Job summary

Lush in Los Angeles is seeking a Temporary Full Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team across sales, training, and operations. You will drive sales, open/close the shop, and lead customer experience initiatives on the floor.

You will coach Sales Ambassadors, educate customers on skincare and ethical beauty, and champion brand values while ensuring a safe, fun, and productive store environment. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Proven ability to solve customer service issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business practices.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
