Lush is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on the shop floor, driving sales, opening/closing tasks, and leading training sessions.

You will inspire a team of sales associates to hit goals, deliver a world-class customer experience, educate customers on Lush values, and uphold cash handling, merchandising, and store standards. This role rewards teamwork, energy, and a passion for skincare and ethical beauty.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving skills for day-to-day customer service issues.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and coach the sales team using StoreForce dashboard insights.
• Deliver world-class customer experience on the shop floor, including product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical standards.
• Increase product knowledge to make informed recommendations.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors to improve performance.
• Lead by example on attendance, time management, and store readiness.
• Oversee cash handling, opening/closing, and deposit preparation.
• Maintain clean visuals and stock with merchandising guidelines.
