Job summary

Lush Cosmetics North America in Dallas is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on the shop floor. You'll drive sales, open/close the store, analyze results, and lead training sessions to empower a motivated staff and create an exceptional customer experience.

You'll guide Sales Ambassadors, build brand awareness of Lush values, and maintain visuals, merchandising, and stock.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures experience.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and coaching using StoreForce dashboard insights to meet goals and adjust shop floor structure.
• Lead on delivering a world-class customer experience on the shop floor, including product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical practices in-store and through community engagement.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers to improve performance and elevate skills.
