Job summary

Lush Cosmetics North America in Fresno is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on the shop floor, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will lead a team of Sales Ambassadors, coach peers, and ensure brand standards on customer service, product demos, and store presentation.

You’ll manage cash handling and opening/closing tasks, maintain visuals, and promote Lush values while embracing DEIB and a passion for skincare.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving skills for day-to-day customer service operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with consultation-based customer service models.
• Experience analyzing sales metrics.
• Experience working in skincare or cosmetics.
• Experience in DEIB or social justice training.
• Fluency in Spanish, French or other languages.
