Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a wide range of in-store tasks, from planograms to signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary customer service and supporting store operations.

The role requires 18+ years of age, prior retail/merchandising experience preferred, and basic reading/writing/calculation abilities. Work shifts align with business needs in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Complete planograms and store resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
