Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, guide customers through the store, and actively promote and sell our fashion products. You will engage with customers on trends, support with garment care and merchandising, and work with the team to maintain a clean, welcoming sales floor.

You should be passionate about fashion, have strong communication skills, and enjoy a collaborative environment where you help deliver an excellent in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store and the omni-channel experience.
• Promote and sell products, engage customers, and drive sales targets with store management.
• Assist with garment care, presentation, and replenishment to maintain attractive merchandise displays and stock levels.
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to store procedures; maintain clean sales floor and back of house.
