Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead on the floor to act as the floor supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure excellent customer experiences and smooth store operations. This role is part of the store leadership team, focused on on-floor performance and daily sales targets.

The position emphasizes product knowledge, brand awareness, visual merchandising, and adherence to company values, with flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required; experience in leading groups or teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
