Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. seeks a Key Lead to ensure customers receive a quality in-store experience and to act as Floor Supervisor, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly.

The role is part of the store leadership team and drives performance through customer experience and daily sales achievement, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required.
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, assertive, with initiative and confidence.
• Adaptable, flexible, detail‑oriented, able to balance multiple tasks.
• Proactive learning and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/point of sale systems.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
