Job summary

Kith is seeking a Customer Experience Supervisor for the Malibu Store to lead the sales team on the floor, coach service standards, and drive an exceptional in-store experience. You will work closely with Store Management to ensure brand execution and a welcoming environment, coaching real-time to elevate customer interactions and product storytelling.

This full-time, on-site role focuses on operational support, events, and brand activations, ensuring the team delivers memorable experiences

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management experience in a retail, customer-centric environment.
• 1 year+ experience with retail/apparel operations (preferred).
• 1 year+ experience resolving customer service-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team on the floor.
• Model and coach service behaviors, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
• Offer real-time coaching to strengthen selling behaviors and service standards.
• Support daily team activities and maintain store productivity when managers are not present.
• Champion a welcoming, elevated in-store experience reflecting brand standards.
• Assist with customer engagement initiatives, in-store events, and activations.
