The ideal candidate has 4+ years in retail management, excellent communication, and a strong team-focused approach. You will supervise staff, coach for exceptional service, and uphold THE GREAT standards in presentation and guest care.

Qualifications

• 4+ years management and selling experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for sales and profit performance in the store.
• Develop operating budgets with the Store Manager and monitor performance.
• Supervise staff to maximize sales and profits.
• Maintain store standards and visual presentation.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff, guiding new team members.
• Execute promotional strategies and programs.
• Monitor inventory levels and merchandise flow to optimize performance.
• Provide feedback to Buying Team and Planners.
• Grow the customer base through exceptional service.
