Job summary

You will assist customers, guide activities, manage checkouts, and coordinate with store teams to ensure safety and brand standards while delivering memorable celebrations. This role requires energy, strong communication, and adaptability to client feedback.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multiple events at once, including children’s parties and craft classes.
• Engage with guests of all ages to create a fun, creative environment.
• Demonstrate and guide craft activities; perform face painting as needed.
• Coordinate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons to standards.
• Communicate events with clients and store team members; answer emails and calls.
• Support Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and restock duties.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; assist with store recovery and SOP adherence.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
