Job summary

The Michaels store in PORT-CLACKAMAS, OR is seeking an Events Coordinator to plan and execute kid-friendly parties and craft events. You will engage guests of all ages, assist shoppers, and support stock, checkout, and store operations to uphold our brand promises.

You will coordinate logistics, set up and break down events, and ensure safety and cleanliness throughout shifts. Prior experience in retail or events is preferred, with a friendly, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high-quality customer service in a retail setting.
• Proven ability to plan and coordinate multiple events simultaneously (e.g., birthday parties, classes).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with guests of all ages.

Responsibilities
