Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking an Event Manager to recruit, hire and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators. You will oversee product prep and presentation, training and delivering superb service to Club members, collaborating with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators, including new location grand openings.

The role requires strong communication and leadership. Experience in retail, hospitality, or related fields is preferred, with an emphasis on team-building and event

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required or preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience may be considered for extensive supervisory roles.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required for coordinating in-store product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff for demonstrations.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation.
• Train demonstrators and ensure excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with managers, vendors and demonstrators; participate in new location openings.
