Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking an Full Time Event Manager to recruit, hire and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators. You will oversee product prep, training and presentation while ensuring excellent service to Club members, with strong coordination among warehouse managers, vendors and staff.

The role involves overseeing grand openings and maintaining excellent communication across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a client-side, branded consumer-packaged goods company or a combination of supplier-side and client-side experience.
• Field of Study: Marketing, Business Administration or related.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• NEHA Professional Food Handler Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation.
• Train Product Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and customer services.
• Communicate between managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Participate in new location grand openings as required.
