Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) seeks an Event Manager to recruit, hire, and supervise in-store product demonstrators, oversee display preparation and training, and ensure top-notch service to Club members. Collaboration with warehouse managers, vendors, and demonstrators is essential, including participation in grand openings.

The role offers a Tuesday–Saturday set schedule with 8:30 AM–5:30 PM hours (varying by needs), full benefits, and opportunities to contribute to Costco-related events.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher is required or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a client-side, branded CPG company or related mix of experiences.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to coach and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation.
• Train Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and customer service.
• Communicate between managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Participate in new location grand openings as required.
