Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking a Full Time Event Manager to recruit, hire and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators. You will oversee product prep, training and presentation, ensuring top-tier service for Club members while coordinating with warehouse managers, vendors and staff.

This role supports grand openings and ongoing events. Experience in retail, hospitality or food environments and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–4 years in retail, hospitality, or food environments.
• Associate degree or equivalent is required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation.
• Train Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and customer service.
• Coordinate between managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Participate in new location grand openings as needed.
