Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, acquire product knowledge, and engage consumers professionally. You will handle event equipment, set up demonstrations, and uphold a polished appearance in-store environments.

Responsibilities include managing demo materials, coordinating with store management in Supervisor's absence, and assisting with client visits and audits while maintaining a high standard of product communication and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and the ability to present products confidently.
• Ability to learn and retain knowledge about products represented.
• Demonstrated ability to engage consumers and drive sales in store environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage equipment and supplies for events, ensuring cleanliness and security in backroom areas.
• Act as point person for events in the store when Supervisors are absent, coordinating with store management.
• Lead and support team during events, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Develop product knowledge and convey features/benefits to consumers.
• Prepare and serve food samples safely using appliances and ensure a clean workstation.
• Set up Event Table and assist with client visits and audits.
