Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, learning product details and engaging customers professionally. You will serve, demonstrate, intercept, and sell products during events in retail stores while managing equipment used for the demonstrations.

This part-time role (~25 hours/week) requires maintaining a professional appearance, coordinating with store personnel, and submitting reports and photos documenting success.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience preferred.
• Proficient with PC and mobile applications and internal systems.
• Food safety certification and local permits may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies, ensuring cleanliness and security.
• Coordinate with store management about upcoming events and past executions.
• Be the point of contact for events in the store; assist others as needed.
• Provide leadership and product knowledge to the team.
• Acquire adequate knowledge of represented products and their benefits.
• Interact with consumers, engage and sell products in a positive manner.
• Prepare and serve food samples using appliances while following safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and professional appearance.
