Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, maintain product knowledge, and engage shoppers professionally.

You will manage event equipment in stores and ensure clean, compliant setups for every demonstration. Responsibilities include leading events when supervisors are away, communicating with store management, and delivering strong product benefits to consumers while maintaining a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Proficient with personal computer and mobile device using applications and internal systems.
• Food Safety Certification and Local Food Handler permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies in stores.
• Act as point of contact for events when Supervisor is absent.
• Interact with customers to demonstrate and sell products.
• Prepare food samples following safety guidelines.
• Ensure a professional appearance and setup for each event.
• Complete online requirements the day of the event.
