Job summary

Crossmark Inc. seeks an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, acquire knowledge of products, and engage consumers to sell products in a professional manner. The role handles event equipment and requires maintaining a professional appearance in a retail setting.

The position involves coordinating with store management for events, leading the team in the supervisor's absence, and ensuring products are prepared and presented safely and effectively. Travel is limited.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies to keep them clean and secure in the backroom area.
• Coordinate with store management about upcoming events and past events when Supervisor is absent.
• Serve as point person for events in-store and assist other Event Specialists with kits, materials and tools.
• Provide leadership and knowledge to the team.
• Proactively engage and sell products to consumers in a positive manner.
• Prepare foods using raw products and utensils in accordance with food safety guidelines.
