Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to conduct in-store food and non-food demonstrations, learn products quickly, and engage customers professionally. The role includes managing event equipment, coordinating with store management when supervisors are away, and leading the team during demonstrations.

Main duties include preparing samples safely, highlighting product benefits, and maintaining a presentable workstation. This is a part-time, hourly position in a retail marketing environment.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Computer Skills: Proficient use of PC and mobile devices.
• Certificates: Food Safety Certification and Local Food Handlers Permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies in designated backroom areas.
• Be the point of contact when Supervisor is absent; coordinate with store management for events.
• Lead and support the team during events; assist with kits, materials, and tools.
• Communicate product features and benefits to consumers to drive sales.
• Prepare and serve food samples safely using appliances and utensils.
