Job summary

Club Demonstration Services in the United States seeks an experienced Full Time Event Manager - Product Demonstration to recruit, hire and supervise in-store demonstrators, oversee product preparation and presentation, and coordinate trainings. You will ensure exceptional service to Club members and liaise with warehouse managers, vendors, and staff.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple events, including new location grand openings.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in client-side branded consumer goods or related roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities for successful events, promotions and sales.
• Communicate strategies to achieve sales and service excellence.
• Support governance, policies and procedures development.
• Collaborate with District Manager to evaluate event metrics and costs.
• Meet revenue and net income objectives through activation and planning.
• Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through operations.
