Club Demonstration Services (CDS) in Central Point, OR is seeking a Full Time Event Manager responsible for recruiting, training and supervising in-store Product Demonstrators. You will oversee product preparation and presentation, ensuring food safety and high customer service during demonstrations.

The role requires coordinating with warehouse managers and vendors, participating in grand openings, and maintaining strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and counsel employees and take correct measures as needed.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation.
• Train Product Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and customer service.
• Communicate between managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Participate in grand openings at new locations.
