Job summary

Advantage Solutions, via Club Demonstration Services, is seeking a Full Time Event Manager to oversee in-store product demonstrations, recruit and supervise demonstrators, and coordinate training and presentation standards. You'll liaise with warehouse managers, vendors and staff to support grand openings and ongoing promotions.

The role demands 3–5 years in retail/hospitality, strong leadership, and excellent communication; NEHA Food Handler Certification is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years in client-side, branded consumer-packaged goods or related field.
• NEHA Food Handler Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities for successful events, promotions and vendor products.
• Communicate strategies to achieve sales, service and operations goals.
• Support governance framework, policies and procedures.
• Evaluate event performance metrics with the District Manager.
• Help achieve revenue and net income objectives through activation and management.
• Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through better operations.
