Job summary

Crossmark is seeking a part-time Event Associate to conduct in-store food and non-food demonstrations, learn products, and engage customers to drive sales. You will manage event equipment, ensure a professional appearance, and coordinate with store personnel to meet client objectives.

The role includes preparing and serving samples safely, documenting events, and supporting supervisors as needed. Evening and weekend availability may be required; employment is part-time.

Qualifications

• Education/experience: High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Food safety certification and local food handler permits as required.
• Proficient computer and mobile device use with internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain event equipment in stores.
• Demonstrate products and engage customers to drive sales.
• Coordinate with store management and supervisor in absence.
• Prepare and serve food samples following safety guidelines.
• Document events with photos and complete reports.
