Job summary

Crossmark Inc. in the United States is seeking a part-time Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations.

You will learn products, serve and intercept consumers, and sell items in a professional manner while managing event equipment. The role focuses on supporting event execution in retail environments with up to 25 hours per week, maintaining a clean workspace, and collaborating with store personnel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Proficient computer and mobile device usage.
• Food Safety Certification and permits if required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain event equipment and supplies in the store backroom.
• Communicate with store management about events when Supervisor is absent.
• Be the point person for all events and assist other Event Specialists.
• Provide leadership and product knowledge to the team.
• Inter verbally engage consumers and sell products.
• Explain features and benefits of products to customers.
• Prepare and serve food samples following safety guidelines.
• Complete on-line requirements on the day of event.
