Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will acquire knowledge of products, serve customers, demonstrate features, and sell products in a professional manner. You will manage event equipment and maintain a professional appearance in-store.

The role is part-time, generally up to 25 hours weekly, with travel limited to retail locations. You will report to the Supervisor and support event teams with setup and execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 months of related experience and/or training.
• Proficient use of personal computer and mobile device with internal systems.
• Food safety certification and local food handlers permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain equipment and supplies for events in the store backroom.
• When Supervisor is absent, communicate with store management about upcoming and past events.
• Be the point of contact for all events conducted in the store; assist other event staff.
• Provide leadership and product knowledge to the team.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of products represented and their benefits.
• Prepare and serve food samples safely using appropriate equipment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Complete expense reports and submit online requirements the same day as events.
