ubreakifix is seeking a Tech Repair Expert to join our retail team in Dallas. You will repair smartphones, tablets, and computers, provide solutions to customers, and help deliver fast, friendly service in-store.

You’ll work in a dynamic environment inside a ubreakifix location, using your troubleshooting skills, knowledge of devices, and teamwork to create great customer experiences and help the store meet its repair goals.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service and/or repair experience
• Knowledge of mobile devices, computers, and operating systems
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• A passion for solving problems and delivering solutions
• A love for people and the devices that enrich their lives
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Reliable and flexible when it comes to dealing with difficult situations
• The ability to quickly adapt in an ever-changing environment
• Motivated to meet and exceed evolving key performance objectives
• Experience with product service support or electronics troubleshooting
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Repair a variety of electronic devices including but not limited to smartphones, tablets, and computers
• Provide customers with solutions with our in-store services and Asurion connected home products
• Repair devices in a quick and efficient manner
• Keep accurate records of parts and materials during repairs
• Maintain a tidy and clean work area at all times
• Perform in your role and achieve your goals by performing timely repairs, providing excellent service, and creating satisfied customers
