Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service and/or repair experience.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Reliable and flexible in difficult situations.

• Motivated to meet evolving KPIs.
• Experience with product service support or electronics troubleshooting; knowledge of mobile devices, computers, and operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Repair a variety of electronic devices including smartphones, tablets, and computers.
• Provide customers with solutions with our in-store services and Asurion connected home products.
• Repair devices in a quick and efficient manner.
• Keep accurate records of parts and materials during repairs.
• Maintain a tidy and clean work area at all times.
• Perform in your role and achieve your goals by performing timely repairs, providing excellent service, and creating satisfied customers.
