Job summary

You’ll guide clients through a personalized journey, report to the General Manager, and play a key role in driving store success in a legacy brand shaping modern living and work.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, interior design, or client-facing design consultation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
• Proficiency in design/rendering tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and educate clients through in-store demonstrations and consultations.
• Design tailored solutions that meet clients’ needs and wellness goals.
• Drive sales by building relationships and following up on leads.
• Collaborate with Architecture & Design community to grow brand awareness.
• Maintain premium store experience and visual merchandising standards.
• Process transactions and manage orders accurately.
