Crossmark Inc. in retail environments seeks an Associate to perform in-store demonstrations for Product Connections. You will gain product knowledge, prepare and present samples, and engage shoppers to drive interest and sales while upholding brand standards.

The role is part-time (up to 25 hours weekly) and requires a GED or equivalent, basic computer skills, and may involve a local food handler permit.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months’ related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Possesses the aptitude and ability to gain adequate knowledge of the products represented.
• Proactively intercept, engage, and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner.
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances.
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe work station.
• Maintain a professional appearance consistent with the requirements of the job.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with preparation for client visits and complete audit corrections.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Complete expense reports as per Company Policy.
• Submit all online requirements on the same day as Event execution.
