Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to conduct in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will acquire product knowledge, prepare and serve samples, and engage customers in a professional manner within a retail environment.

The role emphasizes presenting product features and benefits, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and collaborating with store staff to meet client objectives. This is a part-time, on-site position with a flexible weekly cap.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate internal systems.
• Local food handler permit may be required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Retail environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Completes in-store food and non-food demonstrations.
• Interacts with consumers and demonstrates products.
• Communicates product features and benefits clearly.
• Prepares and serves samples using common small appliances.
• Maintains clean, safe work station and professional appearance.
