Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking an Event Manager to recruit, hire and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators, oversee product preparation and presentation, and train staff to deliver excellent customer service. You will coordinate with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators, including involvement in new location grand openings.

CDS offers a set Tuesday-Saturday schedule, strong work-life balance, full benefits, disability coverage, a 401(k) plan and generous paid time off

Competenze

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a client-side, branded consumer-packaged goods environment or similar. Consider both client and supplier exposure.

Mansioni

• Direct all activities for successful events, promotions and sales of vendor products.
• Communicate strategies and tactics to achieve sales, service and operational excellence.
• Support governance framework, policies and procedures development.
• Collaborate with District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and adjust as needed.
• Aim to achieve revenue and net income objectives through sales activation and cost management.
• Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through better operations.
