Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking an Event Manager to recruit, hire, and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators. You will oversee product prep, training, and presentation, ensuring high service levels for Club members while coordinating with warehouses, vendors, and demonstrators.

In-store openings may be involved. The role includes a Tuesday-Saturday schedule (8:30 AM–5:30 PM, may vary), full-time benefits, and opportunities to work on new location grand openings.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a client-side, branded CPG company or a mix of supplier/client-side experience.
• Degree program in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong supervision, leadership and communication abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; independent work capability.
• NEHA Food Handler Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities engaged in successful events, promotion and sales of vendor products.
• Communicate strategies and tactics to achieve sales, service and operational excellence.
• Support the maintenance and ongoing development of corporate governance framework, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and adjust accordingly.
• Achieve revenue and net income objectives through sales activation, strategy and expense management.
• Optimize customer satisfaction/loyalty through improved operations.
