Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to conduct in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will learn product details, engage customers, and sell products while maintaining professional appearance and safety standards in a retail environment.

The role involves equipment setup, event support, and occasional travel with a cap of 25 hours per week. Prior experience is helpful, but training is provided to ensure quality event execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months of related experience.
• Proficient use of a computer and mobile device with company applications.
• Food Safety Certification or Local Food Handler permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain event equipment and supplies in backroom areas.
• Coordinate with store management when Supervisor is absent about events and execution.
• Be the point of contact for all events in the store and assist teammates as needed.
• Provide leadership and knowledge to the team during events.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of products represented and communicate benefits to customers.
• Prepare and serve food samples safely using appliances like microwaves, fryers, and skillets.
• Keep workstation clean, organized, and compliant with food safety guidelines.
• Take photos documenting successful event setups for clients.
