Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will acquire product knowledge, serve and demonstrate to customers, and sell products professionally while managing event equipment in the store.

The role requires maintaining a neat appearance and following food safety guidelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with store management, leading by example when the Supervisor is away, and preparing food samples using appliances safely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or 1–3 months of related experience or training.
• Food Safety Professional Certification; Local Food handlers permit if required.
• Proficient ability to use a personal computer and mobile device for internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies for demos.
• Coordinate with store management for upcoming events and past event execution.
• Serve, demonstrate and engage customers to drive product sales.
• Lead the team when Supervisor is absent; provide knowledge and direction.
• Prepare and serve food samples safely using appliances and utensils.
• Set up Event Table and ensure a clean, safe workstation.
