Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, acquire product knowledge, and interact with consumers in a professional manner.

The role focuses on presenting products, preparing samples, and maintaining equipment and a clean workspace in a retail environment. Responsibilities include engaging customers, explaining product benefits, and ensuring event setup and execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience preferred.
• Proficient with PC and internal systems.
• Local Food handler permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of products represented.
• Intercept, engage, and sell product to consumers.
• Explain features and benefits of products.
• Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation.
• Set up Event Table and ensure 100% execution.
• Assist with client visits and audits as needed.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Submit expense reports per company policy.
• Submit all online requirements on event day.
