Community Choice Financial in Brookhaven, MS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help customers access financial solutions, process transactions, and provide excellent in-store service. You will build relationships with a diverse customer base in a fast-paced environment.

This entry-level role includes hands-on training and development with opportunities to advance across our eleven brands nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, Microsoft Office, and computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required per law.
• Able to meet physical demands including standing and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer information into a POS system.
• Build new business by completing daily call campaigns.
• Assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments.
