Training and development are emphasized, with opportunities to move across our eleven brands nationwide. The position requires a full-time schedule, including weekends, with a starting hourly wage of $15.00.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with professional demeanor.
• Meticulous data entry and accuracy.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, Microsoft Office, and computer systems.
• Must be 18+ (19 in some locations).

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer information into a POS system.
• Build new business by completing daily call campaigns.
• Assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments and managing customer appointments.
• Maintain store appearance and meet cleanliness standards.
