Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Customer Sales Associate to be the trusted advisor at our Trane Supply stores. You will assist customers with parts and equipment, resolve issues, and deliver high-quality parts and solutions promptly.

The role requires a solid understanding of product offerings, achievement of sales goals, and strong problem-solving skills. You will handle order processing, maintain relationships, and support warehouse functions while providing a premier customer experience.

Qualifications

• Requires experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and maintain professional service.
• Ability to identify customer needs and upsell related products.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers and resolve problems to ensure satisfaction.
• Partner with customers to grow sales by identifying related products or add-ons.
• Process orders and respond to inquiries about Parts and Supply offerings with accurate solutions.
• Stay informed on Trane products, offerings, and promotions to deliver a premier customer experience.
• Interact with customers over the phone and in person to assist with requests.
• Execute quote and order management with accuracy to expedite fulfillment and delivery.
• Assist with warehouse/inventory tasks as needed.
• Maintain flexibility to work overtime or weekends when required.
