Job summary

Dollar Tree in Carver, MA is seeking a Customer Service Associate to assist customers, process transactions at the register, and keep the store clean and stocked. You will help customers with questions and recommendations and support unloading trucks as needed.

The role requires good communication, reliability, and the ability to lift 30-50 lbs. Part-time opportunities are available; candidates with prior retail or service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage transactions and operate cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect assets.
• Keep the store stocked and merchandize stocked.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and associates.
• Maintain store cleanliness including restrooms, floors, and waste disposal.
• Other duties as assigned.
