TitleMax in Athens, GA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help customers access financial solutions and provide an exceptional in-store experience. You will process transactions, build relationships, and participate in training to grow with the company in a fast-paced environment.

You'll work a full-time schedule with weekends, receive hands-on coaching, and have opportunities for advancement across the brand family.

Qualificações

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to accurately enter data and manage transactions.

Responsabilidades

  • Connect with customers to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
  • Offer personalized financial services that fit customers' needs.
  • Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system with precision.
  • Participate in daily call campaigns to build new business.
  • Support account management and collections by handling payments and appointments.
