Job summary

Linq Agency Inc. is seeking a motivated Credit Card Sales Representative to join our growing field sales team.

In this in-store role, you will promote a national leading co-brand credit card program and guide customers through the application process while delivering an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is an asset.
• 1+ year of experience in credit card sales or retail sales.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers in a friendly and professional manner to build rapport and introduce the credit card program.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the credit card offer that fits their shopping habits.
• Educate customers on card features, benefits, rewards, and current promotional offers.
• Guide customers through the credit card application process accurately and efficiently.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for card applications and approvals.
• Track and analyze personal sales results to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, including applications and display upkeep.
