Job summary

The LINQ Agency is seeking a motivated Credit Card Sales Representative in Seattle, WA. This in-person role focuses on promoting and managing a national co-brand credit card program in-store, driving applications and sign-ups while delivering excellent customer service.

You will engage shoppers, explain card benefits, process applications, and strive to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior sales experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in credit card sales, financial product sales, or retail sales.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Confident approaching customers in a high-traffic retail setting.
• Ability to quickly learn and clearly explain credit card terms, benefits, and offers.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers to build rapport and introduce the credit card program.
• Recommend the best credit card offer based on customer needs.
• Educate customers on card features, benefits, rewards, and promos.
• Guide customers through the application process accurately and efficiently.
• Attend training sessions and stay informed on program updates and offers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for card applications and approvals.
