Job summary

The Linq Agency in Kentucky is seeking a Credit Card Sales Representative to promote and manage a national co-brand card in-store. You will engage shoppers, explain benefits, and guide them through applications while meeting targets.

The role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to learn quickly, and comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior sales experience and a high school diploma are preferred; legal work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college asset.
• 1+ year sales experience in credit card or retail.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service.
• Engage customers in high-traffic retail settings.
• Explain credit card terms clearly.
• Organized and analytical with multitasking ability.
• Willing to work flexible evenings and weekends.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers to build rapport and introduce the credit card program.
• Understand customer needs and match the best offer.
• Educate customers on card features, rewards, and promos.
• Guide customers through the application process.
