The role involves promoting and managing a national co-brand credit card program in store, delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving card applications and sign-ups. The ideal candidate has sales or retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn credit card terms quickly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of credit card or retail sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable engaging customers in a high-traffic retail setting.
• Willing to learn credit card terms and offers; able to work evenings and weekends.
• Organized, analytical, and able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers in a friendly and professional manner to build rapport and promote the card program.
• Explain features, benefits, rewards, and current offers to customers.
• Guide customers through the credit card application process accurately.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for card applications and approvals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and daily reports.
• Represent the company professionally and protect customer information.
