Qualifications

• Ability to learn and clearly explain credit card terms and offers.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers to build rapport and introduce the credit card program.
• Educate customers on card features, benefits, rewards, and current promotions.
• Guide customers through the credit card application process accurately.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for card applications and approvals.
• Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions.
