Linq Agency Inc. is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Credit Card Sales Representative to join our field sales team. You will promote a national co-brand card in store, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and drive card applications.

The role requires excellent communication, sales drive, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced retail environment. The position offers guaranteed hourly pay starting at $20.00/hour plus uncapped commissions, with flexible shifts including

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1+ year of credit card or retail sales experience.
• Ability to meet or exceed Sales targets.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service.
• Confident approaching customers in a high-traffic setting.
• Able to learn credit card terms and explain offers clearly.
• Organized and analytical with multitasking ability.
• Professional and discreet with customer information.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Engage shoppers in a friendly way to introduce the credit card program.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the best card offer.
• Educate customers on features, benefits, and current offers.
• Guide customers through the application process accurately.
• Answer questions and resolve concerns about the program.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Track and analyze personal sales results to improve performance.
• Maintain booth, signage, and promotional materials to standards.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and reports.
• Protect customer information and follow privacy/compliance rules.
• Represent the company professionally and build store relationships.
• Attend training and stay informed on updates and promotions.
• Escalate issues to Field Supervisor as required.
