Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of retail selling experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Proficient computer skills to support customer solutions.
• Bi-lingual preferred in some locations; travel up to 35 miles may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, build connections, and guide them to products and services.
• Stay informed on products, options, and promotions to educate customers and recommend solutions.
• Assist with billing, payments, exchanges, and equipment issues; troubleshoot when needed.
